I have a 2008 BMW Z4(North American model) Will the BMW Z4 Navigation system fit in this version of the car? Dies the BMW Z4 DVD player integrate with the BlueTooth system? Also, how does the BMW E85 GPS work with maps? Do I buy maps from, for example, TomTom, and somehow install them? Thank you for your help. -George
